The Victorian Nurses Health Program was established to ensure that a full-time professional service is available to address the needs of nurses and nursing students experiencing substance use and mental health issues.
The program provides a service to all nurses and students of nursing in Victoria and advice and support to managers and human resources staff facing the challenge of managing these issues in the workplace.
