Are you an enrolled nurse interested in IV medication administration?


The ANF Education Centre is offering a course in IV administration for enrolled nurses as a stand alone course or in combination with Contribute to the complex care of clients. These courses are suitable for enrolled nurses interested in upgrading their medication administration qualifications to include IV medication administration or five routes.


This new course is offered to enrolled nurses who have a qualification in Medication Administration (4 routes). For those enrolled nurses who registered before 1995 additional prerequisites apply. Successful completion of the course will enable you to apply to administer medications within defined NMBA guidelines.

This course includes nursing laboratory work and a clinical placement that will take place 12 November - 14 December 2012

Applications are now open and the course commences on Wednesday 8 August 2012 and interested enrolled nurses must apply by Friday 20 July 2012. This is the last course offered for 2012.

Please note we are prepared to offer this course in either a combined or stand alone format.
