School nurses and nurses on the Maternal and Child Health Helpline who are employed by the Department are seeking a new Agreement to replace the one which expired on 30 June 2011.
The ANF log of claims for that Agreement can be accessedin the resources box. To
date the negotiations have not resulted in any agreement and following a
successful ANF Protected Action Ballot application to Fair Work
Australia,
members are now taking protected industrial action in support of a new
Agreement. Negotiations with the Department are proceeding.
