Victoria's end of life decisions laws

Nurses views must be heard in the debate about end of life laws. Nurses need clarity and understanding about issues surrounding patients' end of life decisions.

The Medical Treatment (Physician Assisted Dying) Bill 2008, sponsored by Liberal MP Ken Smith and Greens MP Colleen Hartman, will be introduced to Victorian Parliament on Wednesday 28 May 2008.
