The new Agreement includes:
- Retention of Award and EBA provisions
- Annual wage rises between 3.25% and 7.5%
- Increased entry level for Division 2 Nurses with Certificate IV and Diploma
- Additional paid Parental Leave
- Access to Purchased Leave Provisions
- Improved On Call Allowance
- Consultative Provisions
- Reimbursement of Child Care expenses when required to work outside rostered hours and given less than 24 hours notice
- Maintenance of Epworth funding of Police Checks
In line with the written commitment from Epworth HealthCare dated 7 February 2008, all staff will receive payment of the new wage scale in the next pay period.
