In EBA Update 3 , ANF notified members of the potential for a delay in the ballot to approve the new Healthscope Enterprise Agreement (EBA).
The reason for this delay is a request for a further change (by a bargaining representative other than ANF) to the proposed EBA that requires Healthscope to undertake costings before they can respond. It is anticipated that these costings could be completed today. If this results in a change to the proposed EBA, then the amended EBA will need to be circulated for a further seven days before voting can commence. This will have no effect on the outcome for members, with dates of effect unchanged. This delay is outside the control of both ANF and Healthscope.
ANF will update members again as soon as the situation is clarified.
