As reported in EBA Update 20 conciliation
proceedings at Fair Work Australia continued at 2.15pm today.
Today's proceedings focused on finalising all
draft clauses as part of the comprehensive agreement to be put to members,
firstly at an ANF Members' meeting and secondly for a ballot of RDNS employees.
In light of the reaching a settlement that we can
recommend to ANF members, RDNS have agreed that this meeting will be a paid
meeting. (You will not lose pay for rostered hours that occurred during this
meeting.)
