ANF members were represented by Branch Secretary, Lisa Fitzpatrick, Assistant Secretary, Pip Carew, Industrial Relations Officer Leonie Kelly and Industrial Relations Organiser Anthony Stafford.
RDNS was represented by Ms Rosemary Hogan, Mr David Aberdeen and RDNS bargaining representative, Ms Jenny Fraumano.
Today's proceedings continued to focus on those major items of difference between the parties as well as attempting to finalise all draft clauses as part of the comprehensive agreement that can be put to members, firstly at an ANF Members' meeting and secondly for a ballot of RDNS employees.
It is hoped that a final draft agreement will be completed by the end of Monday's FWA conciliation proceedings.
A meeting of RDNS members will be scheduled as soon as is practicable at the ANF Carson Conference Centre at ANF House. It is anticipated that this meeting will be next week and a meeting notice will be electronically forwarded as soon as possible.
