World Federation of Right-to-Die Societies biennial conference


The World Federation of Right-to-Die Societies, in conjunction with Dying With Dignity Victoria, is holding its biennial conference in Melbourne, in early October 2010.

A wide range of issues related to dying with dignity and assisted dying will be canvassed by both Australian and international speakers. For more details keep checking the Dying with Dignity Victoria website.

 

2010 World Federation of Right to Die Societies Public Symposium Day: Dying with Dignity - Bridging Principles and Practice on Friday 8 October 2010
Nurses are encouraged to attend the 2010 World Federation of Right to Die Societies Public Symposium Day: Dying with Dignity - Bridging Principles and Practice. This day is being held in conjunction with Dying with Dignity Victoria.

The symposium is open to the public, and is recommended for medical and allied care professionals including doctors, nurses, administrators and volunteers, civic and political leaders and legislators, ethicists, members of faith communities and all those interested in ensuring that each individual experiences what for them is a dignified death.

For the most up-to-date program visit the Dying with Dignity Victoria website. Speakers include distinguished and respected thinkers and commentators from around the country and the world. There is the opportunity in each session for audience members to ask questions. Debate is sure to be lively...don't miss it!
