2011 ANF (Vic Branch) Annual Delegates Conference

This annual two-day conference provides a forum for ANF Job Reps to debate and influence the union's policies and direction over the coming 12 months. Conference delegates debate motions, discussed at the workplace with their colleagues, that address industrial, professional, educational, research and workplace health and safety issues.  The Hannah Sellers Job Rep of the Year Award will also be presented.

ANF encourages younger members to nominate as Job Reps and attend this conference to ensure they participate in the processes that determine nurses' wages and conditions and ANF's policies. The conference provides younger Job Reps with formal and social opportunities to meet their peers, find out more about how the union works and feel more comfortable about approaching their union for assistance with workplace and professional issues.

DON'T LEAVE HOME WITHOUT YOUR ANF MEMBERSHIP CARD. All Job Reps attending this year's Annual Delegates Conference need to bring their ANF membership card as delegate registration will occur by swiping your card on entry.

Submit a motion for debate
Job Reps are encouraged to talk to their colleagues to develop motions for debate. Submit motions by Tuesday 11 May 2011. Click here to submit a motion online .
Before you submit a motion make sure you read the 2010 conference resolutions which are available in the members area. Logon on to the members area by clicking here and follow the Annual Delegates Conference links. Don't forget to logon on to the members area your username is your ANF (Vic Branch) membership number and your password is your surname exactly the way it is printed on your membership card (it could be a combination of upper and lowercase or just uppercase).
