cultural diversity within aged care settings;

firsthand information about the role and responsibility of the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing in relation to mandatory reporting issues;

an update on nursing practice issues from 2010 relating to changes to legislation including, the new Aged Care (Nurses) Awards and the new Health Professionals Registration Act;
- a report from the University of Melbourne researchers - Working in Aged Care - longitudinal study.
