- Prevention and management of workplace bullying and harassment
This one-day seminar provides an overview of workplace bullying and harassment. Participants also learn practical measures to identify, prevent and manage indidents of bullying and harassment.
- Prevention of violence against nurses
This one-day seminar provides an overview of the legal responsibilities of the employer and guidelines for the prevention and management of violent and aggressive incidents such as patient/ resident assaults.
- Student Study Day
This annual day assists third year undergraduate nursing students prepare their application for the Graduate Year Program.
- ANF Health and Safety Representatives (HSR) Conference
This annual conference provides a forum for ANF OHS Reps and Deputy OHS Reps to discuss issues and action to protect the health and safety of nurses in the workplace.

This annual conference promotes the message that violence and aggression are not just part of a nurse's job.
- ANF No Lifting Expo
No lifting programs have been proven to significantly reduce nurses' back injuries and save health organisations millions of dollars per year through reduced injuries, insurance premiums and lost work time.
- ANF Annual Delegates Conference
The ANF Annual Delegates Conference is an opportunity for ANF members from across Victoria to have real input into the direction of the ANF. This two day conference is held in late July every year.
