The successful Job Rep will be selected by a panel comprising the ANF (Victorian Branch) President, Secretary and Assistant Secretary. The award will be presented at the Annual Delegates Conference in July.
Nomination guidelines
Job Reps eligible for this award will have demonstrated outstanding commitment to ANF and to ANF members in their workplace either through outstanding recruitment, dispute resolution or another exceptional initiative that has improved their colleagues, wages, employment conditions or ability to provide high quality nursing care.
