Nurses' barbecue outside Deputy Prime Minister's office to highlight aged care - 19 November 2009
The Australian Nursing Federation (Victorian Branch) will hold a community sausage sizzle outside Deputy Prime Minister Julia Gillard's Lalor electorate office on Wednesday 25 November to highlight the need for the Rudd Government to make aged care a 2010 budget priority. The Australian Nursing Federation (Victorian Branch) will launch new initiatives next Monday 23 November 2009 designed to keep more than 1000 injured and ill nurses and midwives in the nursing workforce each year. This project will analyse the benefit potential and the acceptance of medication support systems in hospitals.
